The Justice Foundation Calls on SCOTUS to Grant Cert in Indiana Case; Urges Supreme Court to use Case to Overturn Roe and Doe

“The Justice Foundation is calling on the Supreme Court of the United States to grant Cert in the Indiana Sonogram abortion case. We have filed an Amicus Curiae brief urging the Supreme Court to take the case. The case can be upheld as a simple application of Planned Parenthood v. Casey. However, The Moral Outcry Petition with over a quarter million signers will urge the Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade.
The Law of Judicial Precedent would justify such a result. It is time for the Supreme Court to protect both women and children.”

Roe v Wade NEEDS to be overturned to save innocent lives to receive the blessings of God and to potentially give entire generations of the unborn the chance to better our world in a myriad of ways like discovering cures to diseases and inventions of technologies to improve our way of life.
