National Pro-Life Group to Submit Amicus Brief in June Medical Services LLC v. Gee
President and founder of The Justice Foundation Allan Parker announced that the organization will be filing an amicus curiae brief ahead of upcoming arguments in the Louisiana hospital admitting privileges Supreme Court case.
“The Justice Foundation will be filing a brief on behalf of over 2,500 women hurt by abortion,” Mr. Parker said. “These women will provide the Court with powerful testimony as to why the abortion industry is not competent or qualified to represent women seeking abortions.
Through our brief, women from all walks of life will add their voices to The Moral Outcry and inform the Court: ‘the abortion industry does not speak for me. They misled, lied to and deceived me.’ The testimony of Norma McCorvey—the original ‘Roe’ of Roe v. Wade—is included in this brief, as is the testimony of Sandra Cano, the former ‘Doe’ of Doe v. Bolton,” Mr. Parker continued.
“Norma and Sandra have both asked the Supreme Court to reverse their own cases. Now, over 2,500 women are now asking the Court to use June Medical Services LLC v. Gee to reverse Roe v. Wade. It’s time for our nation to protect and help women through better alternatives such as the new Safe Haven laws in each state.”
