Following the Oral Arguments of the Louisiana Hospital Admitting Privileges Supreme Court Case, Allan Parker of The Justice Foundation and Cynthia Collins of Operation Outcry released the following joint statement:
“The malfeasance, malpractice and misrepresentation of the abortion industry was exposed today before the Supreme Court of the United States, and the state of Louisiana should be applauded today for fighting to protect women that have been hurt by abortion. While some members of the Court did not seem concerned with the punctured uteruses or complications from medical abortions that require surgery to save the lives of the mothers, the Court heard a strong argument showing that the abortion industry does not speak on behalf of women.”
