FOUR AMICUS CURIAE BRIEFS THE JUSTICE FOUNDATION FILED AT THE SUPREME COURT

Each of these cases is very unique and provides a different perspective to the Court on the issue of whether to reverse Roe v. WadeDoe v. Bolton, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.

THE MORAL OUTCRY BRIEF

1.  The Moral Outcry Petition Brief on behalf of Melinda Thybault, acting individually and on behalf of 539,108 signers of The Moral Outcry Petition, 2,249 Women Hurt By Abortion, NIFLA and Florida Voice for the Unborn.  Read More Here.

WOMEN’S BRIEF

2.  The Voice Of 375 Women Hurt By Late Term Abortion.  This specialized brief focuses on the pain that late-term abortion causes women because the Dobbs case is about a Mississippi ban on late term abortions. Therefore, these women’s testimonies are particularly relevant to this case. Click here to read that brief.

JEWISH BRIEF

3.  The Jewish Pro-Life Federation Of America And Over 1500 Rabbis Through The Coalition For Jewish Values.  This was an amazing gift from the Lord because we were asked by the Jewish Pro-life Federation to present the Jewish view against abortion to the Supreme Court. Most of this brief was written by the client themselves, since it is uniquely a perspective of the Jewish view of the law, however, we were deeply honored to file it because it quotes Bible scriptures against abortion which we all believe.  It is a unique collaboration between Christians and Jews to present the pro-life issue to the Court and counters many liberal Jewish voices on the abortion industry side.  It was a great honor to represent this group and to be able to bless the Jewish people.  You might want to just read the Table of Contents in this brief, as well as the others, to read the amazing arguments by God’s grace made in this brief.

FORMERLY FROZEN EMBRYO’S HISTORIC BRIEF

4.  Finally, another miracle, one of The Moral Outcry Signers and Supporters wrote us early on and said they had a story that might be interesting to help our case. The result was our fourth brief on behalf of Hannah S. and her parents.  Hannah is the first formerly frozen human embryo to file an Amicus Curiae brief at the U.S. Supreme Court.  Why is that important?  One of the issues in Dobbs is when does viability occur. READ MORE.
