Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization
This is an amazing time in the history of the United States. All together, the prolife side filed 80 briefs in support of the Mississippi law banning late term abortion, in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health. Many of those briefs asked for the complete and total reversal of Roe v. Wade. The Justice Foundation was able to file 4 briefs in the case.
