WE BELIEVE IN

THE RULE OF LAW

We believe the purpose of the judiciary is to protect existing constitutional rights to remain faithful to the original intent of “We the People.” The separation of powers and the process of changing our Constitution by amendment must be honored. Judges who impose their own views on society, under the guise of law, undermine the rule of law and impose the rule of men. Our understanding of the Constitution must reflect the text and history of the document itself.

LIMITED GOVERNMENT, EQUAL PROTECTION, RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

We believe Thomas Jefferson’s precept, “That government is best which governs least.” Constitutional and legal constraints on government power should be fully enforced. The law should protect all classes of human beings equally, regardless of age, development, race or any other arbitrary distinction.

THE RIGHT TO LIFE

We believe that every human being has a God-given right to life that extends from conception to natural death. The government has the duty to recognize and protect this right.

“The philosophy of the schoolhouse in one generation will be the philosophy of the government in the next.”

Abraham Lincoln

PARENTAL RIGHTS

We support the fundamental and natural right of parents to direct the education and upbringing of their own children. We believe parents are the best protectors of children and have the natural right and duty to care for their children.

EDUCATIONAL FREEDOM

We believe in the regeneration of American education through parental school choice and child-centered funding (funding students rather than districts).
