Three amicus briefs have been filed ahead of upcoming arguments in the Louisiana hospital admitting privileges and third-party standing case June Medical Services LLC v. Gee.

The Justice Foundation President Allan Parker representing Melinda Thybault, founder of The Moral Outcry movement and petition, has filed an amicus brief on behalf of more than 260,000 Americans who want to end abortion. In addition, over 2,600 women hurt by abortion — including 94 from Louisiana — have been given a voice through The Operation Outcry SCOTUS brief.

The following quote may be attributed to The Justice Foundation President Allan Parker regarding three amicus briefs filed by his organization:

“These briefs on behalf of over a quarter-million Americans call on the Court to use June Medical Services LLC v. Gee to reverse Roe v. Wade. In addition, more than 2,600 women provide the Court with powerful testimony as to why the abortion industry is not competent or qualified to represent women seeking abortions. The Operation Outcry brief contains the largest-known collection of sworn testimonies from women injured by abortion.

Together, these amicus briefs showcase the fact that abortion is a crime against humanity. We now know that life begins at conception and that abortion actually hurts millions of women. It is time for our nation to protect and help women through better alternatives such as the new Safe Haven laws in each state.”

The following quote may be attributed to the founder of The Moral Outcry movement and petition, Melinda Thybault:

“I am honored to file this brief representing so many Americans and those whose voices cannot be heard — the children in the womb. We are the voice for the voiceless.”
