On December 10, 2020, The Justice Foundation filed a State Legislators and Voters Group Motion for Leave to File Complaint-in-Intervention regarding the Presidential election case. Below is the Motion To Intervene that The Justice Foundation filed in the Texas v. Pennsylvania Original Jurisdiction Lawsuit at the U.S. Supreme Court. We represented 12 members of the Michigan legislature, 4 members of the Pennsylvania legislature and five regular voters who felt that the actions of non-legislative actors of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin violated the Presidential Electors Clause of the Constitution.
